0-16 Weeks

Most parents seek help once they’ve struggled through months of poor sleeping habits. The first few months are important for ensuring healthy sleep habits in your newborn and to become a champion sleeper. Eliminate uncertainty, frustration, and tension from your nights and let us guide you and your family towards solutions and peace of mind so that everyone can sleep soundly.

Prenatal/Newborn services are not intended to help newborns sleep through the night.

Newborns will not be ready for long periods of sleep until they have matured physically and developmentally.

You will learn how to lay the foundation for healthy sleep habits and gently guide your child towards independent self-soothing sleep techniques. You will have the opportunity to check in with your sleep consultant as your child matures and goes through the various sleep bumps in the future. This will also help avoid having to actually “sleep coach” your baby.

This option is for expecting families or families with newborns of 0-16 weeks. We will provide you with an understanding of newborn sleep and gentle tools to help start your baby down the path to healthy sleeping habits.

Initial Sleep Assessment We will begin with an assessment of your baby’s current sleep habits. This will be completed prior to our consultation which will help us to make the most of our time together ensuring that we get all of your questions and concerns addressed.

Private 90-Minute Consultation We will discuss the sleep needs of newborns, how to establish a schedule, and strategies to support your newborn’s internal clock. We will also give you tips on how to help your newborn establish healthy sleep habits for life.

Newborn Sleep Guide Which will include a customised newborn sleep plan and techniques to foster good sleep habits.

Room Assessment We will assess the room for light, sound, temperature, room set-up, crib placement, and discuss recommendations to optimise the sleeping environment.

Add on option 1: Four 15-Minute Check-In Calls To be used at any time within the 16 weeks. This is an opportunity for you to get your questions answered to load up on the confidence needed to teach your newborn how to be a sleep superstar.

Add on option 2: for babies who have sleep struggles in 0-16 weeks needing more support. We will use a shared sleep log so we can see trends in sleep patterns and accurately troubleshoot using Sleep Tracking log for 2 weeks.

Two Follow-Up Email Threads This is an opportunity for you to get questions answered, troubleshoot tricky situations, and discuss progress at any time in your babies first year.
