positive review  Such valuable information in the Newborn sleep course! My little one is 17 weeks and she now naps in her cot and falls asleep by herself! I still have to resettle her after about 30min to lengthen her nap, but she falls back asleep easily. I put her down awake in her cot, and by the time I’ve got her sleep sack on, noise on and the room dark, she’s fallen asleep already. At night I put her down awake as well and shush pat her to sleep for about 5-10min. I sometimes have to resettle her once or twice, but then she’s down for the night. Hard work, patience and consistency is really starting to pay off, all thanks to the newborn course! Highly recommended. The block out sheets, sleep sacks and white noise also a must. Wish I got them sooner.

    positive review  Dinner and night time, used to looked very different until I met Zanda. Zanda guided and helped us set a routine so that our baby feels safe & secure when it comes to sleepy time. We learned so much about ourselves and our baby’s needs. We’re able to read his emotions and follow accordingly. He is now able to fall asleep by himself without any sleep associations such as a dummy or rocking, and my husband and I are able to sit down and enjoy dinner together. Thank you Zanda for guiding us through this journey!

    positive review  Ons was nogal skepties aan die begin oor sleep training. Ons baba dogtertjie slaap eintlik goed deur die dag - ons het net gesukkel met haar slaap deur die nag. Op die 4de aand van sleep training het sy deurgeslaap en ons kon dit nie glo nie! Ek wens ons het vroeër besluit om sleep training te doen. Dankie vir jou hulp, raad en bystand Lindi - ons waardeer dit! Ons sal julle hoogs aanbeveel vir mamma's en pappa's wat, nes ons, weer gesonde slaap nodig het! 🙂

    positive review  I was one of those ‘prepare prepare prepare’ pregnant ladies and I did the newborn sleep course at 30 weeks pregnant. Not really knowing what I was in for I plodded along. What it did help me with was the day my daughter was born I knew to start putting together a good routine with her. I followed the shush Pat from the start and my little girl has been able to comfortably put herself to sleep in her bassinet next to me. This course empowered me so much. I highly recommend it to any and all pregnant women!

    positive review  As n tweede mamma is tyd baie beperk en het ek vinnig in die gat geval om die vinnige en maklike opsie te vat om Ewan aan die slaap te kry (vashou en dummy). Dit was nie lank wat ek besef het dat my behoefte om Ewan vroeg in die bed te kry en sy dummy te los vir my eweskielik onbereikbaar lyk. Zanda was ons helpende hand en vandag is ek bly dat ek professionele hulp gekry. Partykeer voel ons as mammas skaam of te trots om hulp te vra, maar met goeie slaap funksioneer mamma en baba beter. Vandag slaap Ewan (6maande) n goeie 10-12ure in die aande, raak self aan die slaap en die dummy is deel van die verlede. Ek sal Brave Little Baby enige tyd aanbeveel!

    positive review  Ek kon skaars glo dat Reder na slegs een aand reeds beter geslaap het. Baie dankie vir die mooi manier waarop jy met ons gewerk het, Lindi. Reder is nou in 'n baie gesonde roetine en hy slaap na 7 maande se slegte slaap uiteindelik meeste aande deur. Ek sal Brave Little Baby vir enige iemand aanbeveel. 💕

    positive review  I am so grateful for Zanda for helping our whole family sleep better. I was scared of the term 'sleep training' because I had a very wrong perception that it meant abandoning my baby and not caring for her needs. Zanda's gentle approach and constant support helped me to teach my baby the new skill of self soothing. I would definitely recommend the team at BLB xxx

    positive review  I am so grateful I did sleep training with Lindi ! Within a few nights our boy slept through the night and its been smooth sailing ever since. She is amazing and knows what she is doing. The sleep plan is easy to follow and she is there to support you. I would highly recommend her!

    positive review  Zanda, jy is 'n ongelooflike slaapkonsultant. Jy het ons lewe verander. Met min tot geen trane is ons seun(18mnde) in so wonderlike roetine, elke aand 19:00 in sy bedtjie, raak self aan die slaap sonder enige aids en hy is MAL daaroor. Goed uitgerus en vrolik, slaaptyd is heerlik. Slaapdeprivasie en 'n oormoeg ma/vrou is iets van die verlede. Ek raai elke mamma aan om hierdie journey aan te pak! Moet julle nie steur aan stigmas en kommentaar nie mammas, jy en jou kind kan soveel hierby baat. Jy gaan so aangenaam verras wees met wat jou kind kan leer/vermag. Dit was glad nie soos ek aanvanklik gedink het dit gaan wees nie. Dankie Brave Little Baby, ek het vinnig besef hoe mal my kind oor roetine en sy eie spasie is is en hoe gereed hy daarvoor was. ❤️

    positive review  Ons het so gesukkel om ons dogtertjie Olivia aan die slaap gekry en binne n paar daggies van Zanda se help het dit verander. Ons het rerig nie gedink dis moontlik vir Olivia om self aan die slaap te raak nie en sy doen dit so goed nou 💃💃💃 Dit is ook lekker om n skedule te kry om meer te werk want as n nuwe ma is mens maar onseker oor hoe om dinge te doen.     positive review  I can definitely recommend Brave Little Baby's Newborn Sleep Course. As a Psychologist myself, I am sometimes very critical of these types of courses, but I found their knowledge on the science of sleep of a high standard. Both Zanda and Lindi are clearly very experienced in this field and I was really impressed by them and their business. They were able to present the theory and practical skills in an easily understandable manner that any mommy can apply no matter their background or training. You won't be sorry if you do this course.

    positive review  Our baby boy was never a good sleeper, but we hoped it would get better with time. However, he started waking more often from about 3 months and would feed every 2 hours. By the time he was 4 months old and hit the 4 month sleep regression, he was waking every 2 hours until 3am and then every hour thereafter. This was not sustainable as I was returning to work and could not function properly on such little sleep. We were also struggling to get him to settle for his day naps and was unsure what routine/schedule to follow. I was referred to Zanda by another lady who had only good things to say about her and thought (out of desperation) I would give her a call. And I am happy I did. Zanda helped us to set up a good day and night routine for sleeping and feeding. We used her suggested techniques to settle him for his day naps, and also for when he woke before it was his feeding time at night. Within a few days he was sleeping on schedule, waking at 10pm, 2am and 6am and would only feed at these times. I was so happy as this was such a great improvement and I was getting some much needed sleep. I now have the knowledge and tools to help my baby be a good sleeper.

    positive review  Before meeting Zanda we were going down an unsustainable road filled with feeding, holding or rocking a heavy baby to sleep and then praying to God he didn’t wake up when we placed him in the cot for the night. As a working mom, I knew I needed something else, hence I reached out to Brave Little Baby. Zanda not only helped me better understand Hlelo’s sleep and developmental changes but she equipped me with the ability to help/guide my baby to learning independent sleep. Now we have a resemblance of a schedule despite going through a sleep regression. We were also able to work on gentle techniques because I knew letting him cry out was not for me. It’s a long journey and I know there will be other bumps along the road but I feel more prepared to face them head on.

    positive review  Zanda changed our lives. You can't pour from an empty cup momma - and Zanda did just that; She helped us refill our cups to the brim! And not just us as parents, but our toddler and baby as well. Sleep has become such a healthy part of our days. We used to dread it! We now have time to spend with our eldest, as a couple we've found more time together. And with baby sleeping so well, I know he's growing at his best -mentally a s physically. He's turned in to such an absolute bundle of joy since sleep is no longer a fight nor a punishment. Zanda, I cannot thank you enough.

    positive review  I couldn’t recommend Brave Little Baby enough. We’ve had a rough start with my sons sleep and did the newborn sleep course when he was 8 weeks old. I only wish I’d done it sooner! The course helped me understand sleep better and by practicing the techniques taught in the course my sons sleep has improved considerably. If you have a baby on the way or a newborn in the house, do yourself a favour and join the course.

    positive review  I couldn’t find a high enough mountain to scream how absolutely amazing Zanda and the Brave Little Baby program is! My most perfect little girl is tube fed as has been through a couple serious operations already. I do badly wanted structure and routine for her and selfishly for my Husband and I too. Zanda worked up a plan that so perfectly fit Hannah-Grace. It was so much easier on the heart than I thought it would be because it’s done with so much love and support. Hannah-Grace sleeps like the Queen she is and Hubby and I get to spend uninterrupted time together again. Thank you so much Zanda and Brave Little Baby- you have made life just that much smoother for us!
