TOG:
- 0.2 TOG Cool Pouch 24-26°C which is light and cool for better temperature regulation in warmer weather.
- 1 TOG: Being TOG-rated means that the 1.0 TOG can be used on its own in room temperatures between 21-24℃ with no blankets in the bassinet or cot to make this a safe sleep option for a newborn or baby.
- 2.5 TOG: Being TOG-rated means that the 2.5 TOG can be used on its own in room temperatures between 17-23℃ with no blankets in the bassinet or cot to make this a safe sleep option for a newborn or baby. The chest area is 1.0TOG rated to prevent overheating and allow for full chest expansion when breathing.
- Parents can layer up underneath as needed for warmth, and follow our handy FREE room thermometer and what to wear guide included with the product to help them dress their child appropriately.

Please use your child’s weight to find the most appropriate and safe size for them. To comply with safety requirements, our Cocoon Swaddle Bags have a firm fit around the neck, shoulder and chest area to prevent your little one from slipping inside. You should be able to put 2 fingers inside the neck opening for the correct fit. Please do not size up to the next size until your child meets the weight requirement, for safety reasons.
0-3M – Chest 20 CM – Length 60 CM – Weight 3-6 KG – To fit height 62 CM – To fit size 000
