Brave Little Baby South Africa Shipping Policy
Brave Little Baby helps and supports parents with baby and child sleep difficulties. Being a parent doesn’t have to mean you should be sleep deprived. Every family is unique and there is no one size fits all approach.
ORDERS
The website allows a person (“user”) to place electronic orders (“order”) for one or more item/s on offer as long as such products are available and not sold out. A purchasing contract (“Terms of sale”) between the user and Brave Little Baby (“us”) shall be complete only once the customer has placed an order and the payment has been processed fully, meaning Brave Little Baby has received and accepted the payment.
EXPORT RESTRICTION
We do not deliver outside of the borders of South Africa.
SHIPPING INFO
Goods are delivered via courier companies within South Africa at standard delivery costs. Delivery prices are subject to change as determined by courier providers. Deliveries in South Africa takes between 3 to 5 working days for door to door service. We do not deliver to countries or areas outside of South Africa. We cannot guarantee that delivery can be effected to any specific address. Should we be unable to deliver your order, for any reason whatsoever, we will contact you and arrange to re-imburse you for the full value of your purchase.
SHIPPING FEES
Shipping fees are calculated at a Flat Rate Nationwide fee of R80/Item. This is based on your delivery address and source location of our warehouse. These are calculated and displayed at checkout, prior to payment.
TRACKING
Upon successful completion of an order, you will receive an email confirmation within 24 hours. Please contact us directly if this confirmation is not received.
RETURNS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
Returns, refunds and exchanges are covered in detail in our Returns Policy. Should your order be damaged in any way, please contact us immediately with your order number and photos of the delivery. We will handle these on a case by case basis and assure you of our commitment to works towards a satisfactory solution.
