BLB Shop is based online and we run all operations from our homes in Stellenbosch and Pretoria. We hand select items that we feel passionate about enhancing baby sleep.
- Orders will ship either from Lindi or Zanda, or a supplier warehouse in Johannesburg.
- Pick Up: If you choose to pick up an item from either one of our addresses, please make sure you arrange a suitable time with one of us for pick up. We do not keep stock of all items at our premises, and will let you know once the item is ready for pickup.
- We use various shipping partners to be able to bring you the best shipping rates.

Returns and Exchanging
We hope that all of our customers are happy and satisfied with purchases made at BLB.
If you are unhappy with your purchase and you would like to return the item:
- Please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org within 2 weeks after receiving your products
- We will offer you a refund (based on inspection of the item once returned) or credit of the same priced item in our online store.
- Please note that it does not include delivery costs. You will need to pay for the return from your own account.
- All products are returnable, on condition that it is returned in the exact same condition as it was received in.
- All products returned must be unused and sent back the way it was delivered.
- We shall have no obligation to accept any return that we receive after the expiration of the applicable return period which is 2 weeks after receipt of products.

- Sale items – Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com
