Here are a few simple ways to get back on track:

✨ 1. Pick one “anchor” to start with
Choose either wake up time, nap time, or bedtime. Don’t try fix everything in one day.

✨ 2. Bring bedtime slightly earlier for 3–5 nights
Even 15–30 minutes earlier helps your toddler catch up and reduces overtiredness.

✨ 3. Rebuild the same wind down routine
Bath, books, cuddles, lights down, white noise. Familiar cues = faster settling.

✨ 4. Keep naps steady (even if they’re not perfect)
Aim for consistency over perfection. One good nap routine can stabilise the whole day.
