both sensitive people, and both of us has a sensitive kid too! So if anyone can fully comprehend, it’s us! We’ve always felt stuck when trying to help moms who are really struggling to deal with their child’s crying or who gets anxious to hear their child cry.
There really isn’t a one-size-fits-all solution for kids, and even though we know that some of the methods (when paired with support) work very well for some families, we also know that there is a place for a more gentle sleep solution! One that focuses on helping you understand yourself and your child better.
We want your kid to thrive with more sleep and for you to feel energized so that you can bond and play with your child! We also think that it’s important to put in the time and effort as parents, because a happy, healthy family is priceless in the end.
