We’re so grateful to our influencer moms who help us spread the word within their communities. I remember one mom in tears on a call telling me:
“I did everything right… I followed a routine,… but he’s still waking to feed. Did I mess this up?”

No. She didn’t mess anything up.
And if you’re wondering the same… you didn’t either.

Because here’s the truth most sleep advice skips:

👉 Sleep training doesn’t always mean dropping all night feeds.
👉 It doesn’t mean your baby should sleep 12 hours straight.
👉 It doesn’t mean you’re failing if they still wake to feed at 4 months.

It means giving your baby the tools to fall asleep on their own. 👏

But some babies especially at 4 months still need one or two feeds overnight.
Not out of habit. Out of need.

And guess what? You can teach great sleep habits AND keep a night feed.
That’s not a contradiction.
That’s responsive parenting.

So if your baby wakes for a feed at 2am or you have a Dreamfeed that works and you’re wondering if you’re doing something wrong.
You’re not.
You’re meeting a biological need.
You’re doing just fine.

Let’s stop measuring success by how long our babies sleep, and start with what’s actually normal.

Change can feel scary especially when it comes to your baby’s sleep.
But you know what’s also scary? Staying the same.
Living in survival mode. Feeling exhausted, overwhelmed, and hoping things will somehow improve.

I know this journey all too well. I’m a mom (Zanda) of three boys, and I only did sleep training with my third son when he was 9 months old.
I still wish I had made this change with my eldest it would have changed so much for our family.

But I didn’t know what I know now.
I didn’t know there was a responsive way.
That we could respond with love, while still teaching healthy sleep habits.
